WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

On this team, building trust with our teammates and business partners is critical, so we must possess a strong team focused approach to the work. You will report to the Sales Business Integration Senior Manager and work closely with Golf and Tennis North America Merchandising, Marketing and Sales. You will also need to collaborate and interact with additional business groups in the end-to-end process including senior leaders in North America.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Sr. Sales Business Integration to support our GOLF AND TENNIS team for the marketplace. The purpose of this role is to drive and enable an inclusive and collaborative working culture and cross functional excellence.  This role will have a broad scope of responsibilities to deliver world-class operations and processes that will drive our business forward.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training
  • 4+ years of retail experience project/systems management or Sales operations
  • Working with large sets of data and being able to analyze and provide proactive solutions to the sales team
  • Event activation planning
  • Experience preferably with operations, marketplace, and launch
  • Experience in S4, excel and Smartsheet preferred

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training
  • 4+ years of experience in project/systems management or sales operations
  • Strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a constantly changing environment
  • Pre-emptive problem solver, with an ability to assess an issue and develop action steps for resolution
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at various levels with different and converging timelines
  • Cross functional collaboration
  • Understanding of Nike Sales and Order Management processes
